UpForm® Punching Bag Mount & T-Bar Row UF-008

The Boxing Bag Mount & T-Bar Row Station UF-008 is part of the professional modular UpForm system, which targets all muscle groups at all levels and for all training levels.
In addition to the boxing bag for punch and kick exercises, the station is also equipped with a T-Bar Row joint, where various push (e.g. overhead press) and pull (e.g. close grip row) exercises can be performed using a barbell.

Multi-training stations that include several cable pull machines are now standard in the fitness world. However, most manufacturers are inflexible regarding the composition. With the Upform-F-Line, you can customize your training station according to your prerequisites and requirements. The individual stations can be connected to each other with a multifunctional connecting bar (K8598) or efficiently with the two, three, and four-station connectors (K8601, K8599, K8600) to create an unlimited number of strength towers. The only limit is the space available to you.

Of course, the training equipment can also be used as a single station, but the foot adapter (K8602) is mandatory.
