The XE 5.0 cross trainer has a very ergonomic movement thanks to the small distance (2 cm) between the pedals, allowing for joint-friendly exercises. Another feature is the multi-position handles, which provide the ideal height for every body size. By changing the grip position, you also train different muscle groups in the back and constantly challenge your body.
The resistance can be conveniently adjusted directly at the handle without interrupting the training. The multifunctional LCD display shows not only relevant training parameters, but also the heart rate, which can be determined, for example, using the integrated hand pulse sensors. Five preset programs - Cardio, Interval, Hill, Fat Burn, and Strength - provide variety in training.
