Training Hurdle SAFE

Our Training Hurdle Safe is a continuously adjustable training hurdle (from approx. 5 to 35 cm). The lightweight and soft construction also minimizes the risk of injury for the athlete. The height of the Mini Training Hurdle can be easily adjusted by varying the length of the cord that connects the flexible foam piece.

The Mini Training Hurdle is versatile and can be used in soccer, athletics, and many other sports where running speed or coordination of arm and leg movements is a performance-determining factor. The Mini Training Hurdle is excellent for warm-up programs, training coordination in running, or for explosive power and sprint training. It is also suitable for functional training and physiotherapy, for example, for exercises to stabilize the ankle joint. Combining it with other training hurdles allows for endless variations of the training course length.
