TOGU® Jacaranda® Ball

The Jacaranda by Togu is the ideal ball for modern back and core training. Its special feature is the freely movable stainless steel balls inside the ball. This gives the ball a comfortable weight of about 400 g, with which you can very effectively train the intrinsic back muscles and the spine. Moving, holding and controlling the dynamic ball stabilizes the muscles in the core area (back, abdomen, pelvis).
