TOGU® Balanza®

Multifunctional balance trainer for sports, leisure, and therapy. The Togu Balanza balance disc is used for many stabilization and coordination exercises. With its special shape, this therapy and sports disc is suitable for stabilization and coordination exercises in standing position with or without additional equipment. In addition, the side handles allow for excellent full-body stabilization exercises in support, enabling the introduction of new training stimuli.

The unique feature of the Togu Balanza balance disc is the air-filled ball beneath the wooden platform. This ball adds dynamic and varying instability to your balance training. You can adjust the instability by regulating the air pressure. Dynamic stability and coordination exercises enhance balance, strengthen the core and foot muscles, and improve overall balance. Furthermore, the instability engages the stabilizing muscle groups of the joints.

Difference between therapy disc, balance disc and balance board

Unlike conventional therapy balance boards, balance trainers, or wobble boards, the standing surface of the Togu Balanza is supported by a special construction and an air-filled ball underneath the wooden plate, creating a floating effect.
