The TOGU Back Friend offers a simple and effective way to perform short movement and stretching units that help relieve back pain quickly. Without much time investment, the back muscles are strengthened and stretched. Particularly in the chest, trunk, and hip area, which are often shortened due to long sitting and unfavorable everyday habits, the Back Friend provides targeted stretching and mobilization.

This versatile device can be used on both the upper and lower back to promote spinal mobility. Thanks to its double-sided usability, it is suitable for various applications.

The air-filled, ergonomic shape as well as the high-quality material enable dynamic stretching with minimal amplitude. Continuous small movements are transferred to the body, which involuntarily trains the deeper back muscles and the sensorimotor system. In contrast to rigid surfaces or fixed back stretchers, this also effectively targets the stability-promoting musculature.

Already pre-inflated and ready for use, the BackFriend allows for comfortable application: Lie in a pleasant position (as shown in the exercise instructions) for at least 30 to 60 seconds per exercise and feel the pleasant change. The intensity of the stretch can be adjusted continuously by individually setting the Backfriend with the included pump.
