TOGU® Actiroll® Rumble

The Togu fascia roller is used for fascia self-massage and fascia training. Body regions such as legs and back can be rolled and massaged with the structured surface of the fascia roller. The special material of the Actiroll fascia roller has a spring-like (absorbing) effect. This allows for pain-free rolling over joints and vertebrae. However, these vertebrae and joints should generally be avoided.

The main focus of training with the fascia roller is the release of tension and adhesions. In addition, the massage with the Actiroll nodular roller stimulates blood circulation in the connective tissue. The nodules of the Actiroll Rumble provide an additional, strong and deep massage effect. The strength of the Actiroll Rumble can be adjusted using a pump.
