Thera-Band® Balance Board

The robust and stable balance board for sports, therapy, and rehabilitation. The forward and backward movement training strengthens the entire leg and foot muscles. In many different exercises with the balance board, a great full-body workout can be completed, and for example, the core muscles can also be strengthened. The sensory-motor surface provides an additional stimulus. The robust plastic material can be used on any flat surface indoors and outdoors.

The balance disc and balance tilt board are equipped with a textured surface. The non-slip design offers stability and an additional motor stimulus in the area of sensory motor skills. Without shoes, it's a really great experience.
