Kübler Sport® Speckbrett-Schläger Set

The Scoop Bat Set consists of 2 scoop bats made of multiply laminated plywood and 2 rubber balls. The bat blade is approximately 20 x 24 cm in size, perforated and lined for weight reduction. The bats' handles are wrapped with a synthetic leather grip tape. For the safety of other players, each bat is equipped with a safety strap. The weight of a bat is approximately 160 g.

The Speckbrett game is a tennis-like ball sport that has evolved from a simple leisure activity into a proper sport. Even today, the open city championship is played in various classes on approximately 40 Speckbrett courts in the Münsterland region. The playing field is slightly smaller than a tennis court, with a length of 20 m and a width of 9 m. In doubles, the playing field on each side increases by half a meter. The Speckbrett racket, also called a Speckbrett, consists of a wooden board with a handle. The dimensions of the racket are a maximum of 50 x 20 cm. To make the sports equipment as lightweight as possible, the striking surface is provided with a grid-like perforation.
