T-bar row handle for Ø 50 mm barbells
Rowing with a T-bar handle on a barbell is a popular exercise to train the muscles of the upper back, while also working as a stabilizing exercise for the core and lower back. The barbell is loaded with weight plates on one side, along with the handle. The other end of the barbell is placed in a corner or a specially designed movable landmine.
The rowing handle is made with solid construction and weighs approximately 5 kg. Knurled grip surfaces and a handle diameter of 30 mm provide a secure grip.
