The SPIETH® Thomas-Flair apparatus is a training aid for the pommel horse.
Training device for learning the Thomas-Flair on the pommel horse, which can be hung anywhere. The ropes run over pulleys from one foot to the other, allowing for proper movement practice. The padded foot loops and width are adjustable.
The device is named after US gymnast Kurt Thomas, who was the first to perform this element in an international competition.
