SPIETH® Turn Mushroom with Pad

SPIETH® Turn Mushroom with a plastic pad for circular flank training. The turn mushroom is connected to the wooden base with a stable plywood stand plate. The turn body is grippy and has an ergonomic shape for optimal training.

The turn mushroom is essential for the youth training of male gymnastics. It is used for preparation on the pommel horse. Training on the turn mushroom without a pad reduces strain on the joints and is therefore particularly suitable for children.
