SPIETH® Flick-Flack Trainer
The Flick Flack Trainer from the well-established brand Spieth Gymnastics is perfect for learning Flick Flacks and somersault movements safely and without fear. Due to its elliptical shape and asymmetric weight distribution, the foam module automatically moves back to its starting position, allowing the next child to practice. Gymnasts can train independently, relieving the trainers of assistance.
