For training with the punchball, we recommend using sandbag gloves or boxing gloves in 10 or 12 ounces. The punchball is typically attached to a boxing wall apparatus or speedball apparatus. The punchball is used to improve hand-eye coordination, train technique, and increase endurance in boxing. The punching ball is delivered uninflated. Please order a suitable air pump if needed.
