softX® Fascia Roller 145 Mini
The Fascia Roller 145 Mini is the ideal beginner's fascia roller. The fascia roller is characterized above all by a low degree of hardness, which makes fascia training and self-massage pleasant for beginners and newcomers to fascia training. The softX fascia roller has a diameter of 14.5 cm, making it smaller than the standard fascia roller of other manufacturers.
The fascia roller can be used for large muscle groups. From foot to head, you can work on your fascia tissue with the Fascia Roller 145. Whether it's the calf muscles, the front or back of the thighs, or the back muscles, targeted self-massage with the fascia roller releases fascial tension and adhesions, making your fascia tissue supple.
