Kübler Sport® Sling Ball
The Kübler Sport® Schleuderball is a ball made of full-grain leather with a compound filling. The ball is hand-sewn.
According to the competition rules of the DTB, the age groups 18-19 to 55-59 (male) play with a weight of 1.5 kg, the age groups 14-15 and 16-17 (female and male) play with a weight of 1 kg, and the age groups 12-13 and younger and 60-64 and older play with a weight of 0.8 kg.
For the sports exam (Sportabitur), the 1 kg Schleuderball (female) and the 1 kg or 1.5 kg ball (male) are used, depending on the federal state. The 1 kg version is used for the German Sports Badge (Sportabzeichen).
