Shipping & Payment

Dispatch conditions

• Our products are delivered all over the world, as far as the legal circumstances allow.
• Shipping costs and taxes are calculated individually for each offer and destination country.
• Shipping costs for deliveries abroad will be calculated individually on the basis of the shipping weight and will be shown on the quote (after you have placed your quotation request). Freight articles are marked as such in the item description.

Shipping methods

We calculate the shipping costs depending on the following shipping methods, which are marked with symbols next to each item:

Free delivery

The delivery is free of charge within Germany. For other countries, freight charges are applied which are calculated individually on the basis of the shipping weight.

Parcels

Items are usually send as a parcel.

Bulky parcels

Items that exceed the standard parcel size. Most of these cannot be sent worldwide as a commercial package.

Freight

Bulky goods are calculated by weight and shipped by forwarding agent.

Usually the shipping costs for parcel shipping / bulky items and freight items are incurred separately in each case.

Delivery times

Unless any other delivery time is mentioned in the item description, the product will be delivered within 3 weeks (in Germany). In case of deliveries abroad: the shipping ex works will take place 30 days after the order confirmation was sent, unless any other delivery time is mentioned in our order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). Please note that no deliveries will be realised on Sundays and other holidays. In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail once the product is ready to collect and about the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Terms of payment

In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

Prepayment via transfer

Please transfer the indicated amount within one week after receiving our order confirmation by bank transfer to our bank account, stating your order number and customer number.

PayPal

After consultation we can offer payment via PayPal.
Please note that all PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

Invoice

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, indicating your customer and invoice number.*

* We reserve the right to keep your data for the purpose of creditworthiness on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures to Creditreform Stuttgart Strahler KG, Theodor-Heuss-Str. 2, 70174 Stuttgart.
In individual cases, we reserve the right to refuse the payment method on account of the creditworthiness and to carry out delivery only by payment in advance.
Payment by invoice is possible under the following conditions: For public institutions, associations, companies. In the case of partial deliveries, we reserve a pro rata invoice. The invoice amount has to be settled within 14 days upon payment on account.

Further payment information

We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases. The payment is to be settled within 14 days after receveiving the invoice. You can find our contact information in the imprint, if you have any further questions.
