Schwinn® Airdyne® AD6

Fitness bike for demanding endurance training and full-body workout. The resistance is generated by an air wheel, which means that the resistance increases the stronger it is driven. Depending on the training goal, you can train with both arms and legs simultaneously or, similar to a cross trainer, only with arms or legs. The feet can be comfortably placed on the existing tread surfaces.
The display shows time, distance, calories burned, revolutions, power in watts, and heart rate (when using an optional chest strap).
