Project Description
The sports hall of the Waldorf school Backnang was realised as part of the new school building. Kübler Sport was responsible for the installation planning of the sports equipment. Based on the architectural plans, DIN 18032 standards, as well as equipment norms and accident prevention regulations (UVV), detailed construction drawings were created.
The pre-assembly phase included the precise installation of floor sockets and the fastening of substructures. This was followed by the final assembly, where all permanently installed equipment, such as plug-in horizontal bars, climbing installations, wall bars, and basketball wall-mounted systems, were professionally assembled and installed.
Additionally, Kübler Sport supplied a wide range of mobile large and small equipment, including mats, vaulting boxes, gym benches, and rhythmic exercise equipment.

Background & Objectives
With the construction of the sports hall, a long-held wish of the Waldorf school Backnang was fulfilled. The goal was to provide students with a modern, easily accessible training and exercise facility directly on campus. Additionally, the hall helps to ease the city's limited gym capacities and expands opportunities for physical education and other sporting events. Both the school community and the city of Backnang benefit from the high-quality equipment and the multifunctional use of the new sports hall.
