TOGU® Redondo® Ball Plus
The Redondo Ball Plus by Togu is suitable for strength and swing exercises due to its diameter and weight. With the ball, various exercise positions are possible during workouts (e.g. prone position for core training).
The "foldable" Togu Redondo® Ball is very versatile. It can be quickly inflated with a straw, closed with the plug, and then deflated again. The pleasantly soft, foamed, and odorless material (PVC) is commonly used in the areas of Pilates, gymnastics, wellness, fitness, and mind-body for support, fixation, and strengthening of muscle groups. It is also ideal for mobilizing the spinal joints, muscle relaxation, and deep relaxation.
