Whether infrared heaters, red light therapy, or hot air, the heat helps relax tense muscles and provide external warmth to the body. The red light and hot air heaters are commonly used in physiotherapy for heat therapy. Additionally, this radiation treatment with the heat emitter is a good preparation for a subsequent massage.

The infrared treatment with the red light heater is relaxing, and the warmth promotes blood circulation. The heat penetrates only a few millimeters into the skin and is useful for muscle tension, rheumatic diseases, lumbago, and other back problems. In physiotherapy, several sessions are recommended to improve corresponding symptoms.
