Reaction Belt Set

The Reaction Belt Set consists of 2 adjustable nylon belts (non-stretch, no bungee) with snap closures, which are connected by a approximately 1.50 m long nylon leash. This leash has a Velcro connection that tears at a certain tensile force. During partner exercises, one partner must now follow the movements of the other without tearing the band. This allows for a variety of training forms for reaction, sprinting, or speed. The reaction belt is particularly relevant for many sports such as soccer, handball, basketball, and many more. With the reaction belt, players learn to react quickly to the movements of their opponents. A great training aid for coaches in many sports.
