Pull-Up Bar with Punching Bag Holder

Practical combination of pull-up bar and wall mount for a punching bag for a balanced fitness and strength training at the gym or at home. The punching bag wall mount is suitable for almost any punching bag or heavy bag and comes with all necessary mounting materials. The extension of the wall mount is approximately 75 cm, providing sufficient distance between the punching bag and the wall. The pull-up bar, with a width of 75 cm, allows for a variety of grip options to target different muscle groups.

Recommendations

As an accessory, we recommend a spring for the punch bag wall bracket. This is attached between the eyelet of the wall bracket and the punch bag suspension. The spring facilitates the attachment and removal of the punch bag, additionally protects the punch bag holder and reduces the vibrations of the punch bag. For support during pull-up exercises on the pull-up bar, the use of superbands is recommended. Depending on body weight and desired support, these are available in different strengths.
The punch bag wall bracket is a rigid design, meaning that the punch bag cannot be folded away to save space.
