Powerball®

The classic for forearm training! The Powerball® generates a training weight of up to 16 kg through gyro movements. A positive training effect can be achieved even at low speeds.

The Powerball® has excellent rotational stability, as each individual unit has been electronically balanced. The steel axle and the break-resistant ABS plastic housing ensure high stability. With the non-slip rubber band, you have a secure and firm grip during training.

Inside the Powerball® is a rotor weighing approximately 200 g, which you set in motion through gyro movements. This creates a rotational momentum around the axis, building up stability caused by the moment of inertia and the speed of rotation.

How to start the Powerball®

Insert the supplied starting band into the hole in the yellow rotor and wrap the cord along the groove around the rotor. To start the Powerball®, hold it in your fist and pull the band out completely with a jerk. Then, begin the rotational movement to get the rotor spinning.
