Pedalo® training rod
The pedalo® training rod is made of solid wood and very robust. Therefore, it is suitable for all exercises and provides a good grip with its anti-slip soft grip. The blue grip cover is easy to clean and disinfect. The length is 90 cm and the diameter is 2.8 cm. The pedalo training rod weighs 0.8 kg.
The training rod is used in conjunction with resistance bands, such as the pedalo textile power band set. The combination of these two items enables a versatile training for many different muscle groups in the lower and upper body. Expand your exercise program or add some variety and benefit from the various new impulses.
