Pedalo® Rola-Bola Sport
The Pedalo® Rola-Bola is a training device for improving mobility, coordination, and balance.
By shifting body weight and controlling one's balance, the roller with board can be moved safely and controlled. The roller reacts very strongly to changes in direction, so fine dosing of movement is very important.
A tip for beginners: Practice the movement on carpets or carpet tiles. On this surface, the roller is slightly slowed down.
The exercise device is almost indestructible. The standing plate is made of birch plywood, the surface is naturally lacquered with a surrounding grid borehole or plug system for foot wobbles and power bands. The edges are rounded and the underside is equipped with 4 rubber stoppers to protect the surface when placed. The roller is made of solid pine wood and is equipped with anti-slip guide rings to prevent wedging and shifting underneath the board.
