Pedalo® Pro-Pedes

The Pro-Pedes is a unique foot and leg alignment trainer. With its specially designed spherical curvature that matches a healthy foot, it is ideal for training the foot arch and foot alignment. Performing exercises on the curved part of the Pedalo Pro-Pedes helps promote the foot arch and counteracts overpronation and splayfoot. When used with the flat side facing up, the Pro-Pedes becomes an effective therapy balance board.

Your foot is constructed according to a special principle. The Spiral Principle means that your healthy foot is three-dimensionally screwed together. The heel rotates outward and the forefoot twists inward in the opposite direction. The resulting longitudinal and transverse arches take on the cushioning function. If this function is disrupted, the musculoskeletal system is heavily burdened.
