Pedalo® Pedasan Balance Roller

The Pedalo Pedasan is a special training device designed to strengthen the foot muscles, especially the foot arch, and improve balance ability. Our feet are often accustomed to relying on external support rather than using our own support system of ligaments and muscles due to constant shoe wearing. Training on the Pedasan helps activate and strengthen these neglected muscles.

The device consists of a sturdy wooden construction and is approximately 37 cm wide. It is available in two different diameters - 22 cm and 32 cm - and provides intensive stimulation and massage of the foot reflex zones through balancing. This helps improve circulation in the legs and feet. In addition, training on the balance roller promotes balance ability, leading to better overall stability and body control.
