Pedalo® Foot Swings

The pedalo® foot rockers are suitable for training foot and leg axis stability, coordination, and balance. At the same time, regular training promotes proprioception, which plays an important role in restoring body balance during sports and everyday tasks, as well as in fall prevention.
The foot rockers allow for linear horizontal displacement (left-right) and a rocking motion. The rockers are made of solid birch plywood and the surface is naturally varnished. Additionally, the foot rockers have an anti-slip sticker for a pleasantly secure grip.

Use the pedalo® foot rockers in combination with the devices: pedalo® balance board, pedalo® rotating balance board, and pedalo® stabilizer. With the help of the plug mechanism, the balance trainer can be quickly attached to the devices. The foot rockers are therefore very versatile and can be adjusted to different training priorities.

When used with the pedalo devices, two superimposed movement sequences are created, which place increased demands on the coordination skills. You can therefore use the leg axis trainer specifically in sports to strengthen and control the musculoskeletal system. In therapeutic applications, the focus is on restoring foot and leg axis stability.
