Pedalo® Balance Disc

The pedalo® Balance Kreisel has a center point around which it can be moved in all directions. The Kreisel can be used while standing and sitting and, with regular practice, contributes to an improvement in overall coordination and stability.

Typically, training on the Balance Kreisel is done in a one-legged stance. However, for beginners and children, it is possible to start by practicing with both feet on the Kreisel.

The 22 cm version has a tilt angle of 22°, while the 38 cm version has a tilt angle of 12°. The smaller the diameter of the Balance Kreisel, the greater the tilt angle and the difficulty of the exercise. The small Balance Kreisel is primarily used for children due to its size.

Due to its lightweight construction, the Kreisel can also be used on the go. Whether at home, in the office, or while traveling, simply set up the Balance Kreisel, step on, and start training.

Features

- Material: Birch Multiplex Material, natural lacquered
- Base plate provides stability

Kubler Sport Tip

The balance disc is often used in combination with the resistance band. Place 2 balance discs (22 cm) and clip a band into each disc. Now stand with your feet hip-width apart on the two discs and incorporate your arms into the training using the resistance band.
