Pedalo® Balance Board
The pedalo® Balance Rocker has a linear tilting axis. Depending on the standing position, the rocker can be moved from left to right or from front to back.
Training with the Balance Rocker is particularly beneficial for maintaining leg axis stability and strengthening the muscles of the feet. Various two-legged exercises can be performed to target the ankle joint area. By using only one leg, the difficulty level of the exercises can be increased.
The small Balance Rocker is preferred for children, but it can also be used during training with two Balance Rockers simultaneously. When training with children, both feet can be placed on the device, while training with two rockers can be done for exercises involving weight shifts or right-left jumps.
