Pedalo® Balance Board 50

The exercise device pedalo® Balancewippe 50 is a professional device for sports and therapy. The linear tilting axis allows tilting forwards and backwards, as well as to the left and right. When exercising on the seesaw, the trainee must maintain balance in their body and keep the wooden surface in equilibrium.

In therapeutic applications, various stabilization exercises can be performed with the pedalo® Balancewippe. The exercises can be done standing, sitting, and lying down. Training in any position strengthens the musculoskeletal system and sense of balance.

With a lateral inclination of 40 mm and the accessory pedalo® Fußwippen, the stabilization trainer is also ideal for the sports sector. Athletes can specifically improve their coordination skills and balance here. It is also relevant for injury prevention in many sports.
