The new training station for your practice, facility, or fitness room.
All exercises of the successful coordination course can be performed on just 2 square meters. The training includes stability, coordination, balance, mobility, and strengthening. The basis is the training station. A device is placed on it and the corresponding exercise poster is hung on the clamp board. The remaining devices are safely and space-savingly stored in the supplied shelf cart. Numerous straps and accessories increase the variety of exercises.
