Deuser® Magic String
The elastic magic cord from Deuser, also known as a gymnastics cord, offers endless possibilities. The cord can be used for activities such as jump rope, stretching exercises, ball games, or as a substitute for a net and field boundaries.

Exercises with the magic rope
- Stretch the gymnastics rope and use it as an obstacle to run over or for initial high jump exercises.
- Stretch the rope at a height that requires a jump to touch it with your hands.
- Perform a flight roll over the stretched rope.
- Hook the loops of the stretched rope onto your feet and alternately raise your extended legs upwards. This will train the abdominal muscles.
- Attach the magic rope, for example, to a climbing frame. Stand backwards towards the climbing frame and grab the loops with your hands. Alternately pull the loops forward with extended arms, right and left.
- Stretch the rope at a height that requires a jump to touch it with your hands.
