OMNIGYM® Outdoor Squat OG10

Outdoor fitness equipment in solid construction, with a special coating and movement arms made of stainless steel for high robustness and durability. Squats primarily target the muscles of the legs (thighs, glutes) and the core.
The weight load can be individually adjusted using up to two adjustable weight sleds, ranging from 20-60 kg (with one sled) or 20-90 kg (with two sleds). The sturdy grip bar allows for different grip positions, providing a training experience similar to using a barbell.
