OMNIGYM® Outdoor Shoulder Press OG41
Outdoor fitness equipment with a sturdy construction, special coating, and stainless steel moving parts for high durability and longevity. Shoulder press primarily trains the shoulder and upper arm muscles.
The weight load can be adjusted with up to two adjustable weight sleds, ranging from 15-55 kg (with one sled) or 10-85 kg (with two sleds). The handlebars with two grip widths allow for an individual hand and arm position during training.
