Outdoor rowing machine in a solid construction, with special coating and stainless steel rails for high robustness and durability. When rowing, the muscles of the back and arms are mainly trained.
The weight load can be individually adjusted between 5 and 150 kg using two adjustable weight carriages, allowing both beginners and advanced users to train optimally.
For maximum comfort, the rowing machine is equipped with an adjustable seat and a chest support that can be adjusted in distance. The handlebar allows a natural movement pattern and supports both bilateral and unilateral exercises to make the training even more versatile.
