OMNIGYM® Outdoor Bench Press OG30

Outdoor flat bench in solid construction, with a special coating and low-friction stainless steel motion arms for high robustness and durability. The bench press primarily trains the muscles of the chest, the front shoulders, and the upper arms.

The weight load can be individually adjusted by up to two adjustable weight sleds, ranging from 15-55 kg (with one sled) or 10-85 kg (with two sleds). The handlebars with two grip positions allow for a comfortable hand and arm positioning during training.
