Additional Equipment: Overview of Configuration Options
Belt system
Basically, a Mini Playing Field, like a football Court, consists of a Field that is bordered by a closed perimeter board system. The size of the pitch and the construction of the perimeter boards vary depending on the model, but the boards are usually made of robust, encased rigid foam panels. In residential areas, noise-absorbing boards are a particular advantage. A special design with de-escalation corners instead of 90° corners can also be realised. The perimeter board system can be used for advertising space and thus for refinancing.
Access to the small pitch is achieved via access doors, which are optionally barrier-free. Accessible solutions with hinged goal backs or drive-through gates on the longitudinal edge can also be installed on request.
Floor covering
Mobile Courts do not require ground foundations or sports flooring. The existing surface is used, which can be temporarily covered with artificial turf if needed. For the playing surface of permanently installed Mini Playing Fields or Soccer Courts with foundations*, several flooring options are available:
Artificial turf
Synthetic flooring
Sand
Asphalt
Natural grass
For Soccer Courts, artificial turf with an elastic base layer is the preferred choice, while multi-sport fields typically feature synthetic flooring with line markings. Sand transforms the area into a volleyball or beach soccer field. Asphalt is suitable for schoolyards. Natural grass is used when minimal disruption to the natural surroundings is desired.
* The necessary groundwork is usually carried out by a local construction company.
Side Net/Grid and Ceiling Net
To protect the surrounding area from stray balls and ensure uninterrupted gameplay, nets or grids are installed on the Mini Playing Fields. These can be positioned along the long sides or around the entire field. A complete net covering over the Court is also easily possible.
Lighting
Lighting for the small playing field with LED floodlights is also optionally available.
