What is Korbball?
The goal in Korbball is to throw more baskets as a team than the opposing team - actually exactly the same as in basketball. Nevertheless, the two sports differ considerably. The most important difference: in Korbball, the player does not play with a backboard behind the basket - the target must therefore be hit exactly. Through the step and dribble rules, solo runs are strongly restricted. Instead, teamwork becomes of above-average importance. Passing, catching, running and shooting are the most important technical elements and basic pillars of every Korbball game. These can be practiced and implemented playfully even at an early age.
