Mini Anti-Aggression Bat

The Mini Anti-Aggression Bat is used in anti-aggression training. The bat is made of PU foam and is covered with a polyester coating.

Anti-aggression training is used for both young and older individuals. Therefore, we offer anti-violence bats that are suitable for different groups. In aggression therapy, individuals learn how to deal with and channel aggressive feelings. Through various exercises, they are sensitized to the topic of violence and taught how to handle aggression. Built-up anger and aggression can be best released through sports competition within defined boundaries and rules. The rules are very important and serve as a guideline for anti-aggression therapy. The anti-aggression training works particularly well in groups with the motto: Release aggression in a controlled manner without hurting others! The basic rules include: no mutual harm, fair and sportsmanlike conduct, and no exclusion.
