MFT® Trim Disc

Rotation takes center stage with the MFT® Trim Disc. Targeted rotations improve the stability of the ankle, knee, and hip joints, as well as the torso, while enhancing coordination throughout the entire body.

The MFT Trim Disc is successfully utilized in both therapy and prevention due to its versatility. In therapy, for example, the balance disc is used to regain sensory-motor abilities in cases of ligament injuries and joint problems.

The combination possibilities of the MFT Trim Disc allow for methodical training design, enabling systematic adjustments and progression of the training regimen.
