MFT® Sport Disc
Training with the MFT® Sport Disc promotes coordination skills, balance, and stability. Through lateral, frontal, and rotating tilt/rocking movements on the MFT Sport Disc, joints such as ankles, knees, hips, and the abdominal and back muscles are strengthened. Due to the multi-level instability of the Sport Disc, training with the disc requires constant concentration.
The MFT Sport Disc is successfully used in both therapy and prevention due to its combination possibilities. In therapy, the balance disc, for example, is used to regain sensorimotor abilities in case of ligament injuries and joint problems.
