Marbo Sport® Salmon Ladder MFT-A013
The training equipment in the form of a ladder can be integrated into a Marbo system with the help of two pillars and a wall attachment consisting of two bars. The set consists of seven individual parts made of powder-coated, chrome-plated steel.
The goal of the exercise is to hang on the pull-up bar and gradually move up the ladder step by step. This requires and trains grip strength, arm, shoulder, and back muscles, as well as coordination.

FAQ | Produktfragen
- How is the exercise typically performed?
- You hold on to the pull-up bar with both hands and try to create an upward movement during the pull-up by using the right momentum and thus hook into the next higher step. The movement is complex and strength demanding.
