Kübler Sport® Coordination ladder

The coordination ladder is an essential tool for training coordination and speed. It is used in training sessions for ball sports such as soccer, volleyball, handball, and basketball, but also in tennis, badminton, and athletics training, where it is a valuable aid for developing speed and eye-foot/leg coordination. The number of different exercises and step sequences that can be performed with the coordination ladder is virtually endless: the step sequences can vary, the training can be done with or without a ball, and the exercises can be organized as individual training, partner exercises, or relay forms. Additionally, this training device not only allows for effective speed training, but is also quick and easy to set up and take down, and requires very little space: when stored in the included storage bag, it only takes up about 15 x 15 x 50 cm.

The coordination ladder consists of twelve break-resistant plastic rungs connected by durable straps. The distances between the rungs can be adjusted. The coordination ladder is 6 meters long and approximately 50 cm wide. It comes with a carrying handle and a practical storage bag.
