The colorful gymnastics benches are ideal for kindergartens, schools, or children's gymnastics. They can be used for sitting, lying, gymnastics, balancing, or as an element in a movement landscape - the children's bench offers many creative possibilities for sports and play, as well as for rest and therapy. The wooden strip at one end allows the children's bench to be quickly and easily attached to wall bars, vaulting boxes (e.g. VARIO boxes), or horizontal bars, or combined with ladders, for example. Children playfully train their sense of balance and motor skills on the inclined plane or on the straight surface at various heights.

Conversely, the narrower beam can increase the level of difficulty when balancing. At the same time, it serves as a boundary for the playing field during team games or as a station in children's gymnastics. As a classic gymnastics apparatus, the gymnastics bench is part of the basic equipment.
