The ball is made of synthetic leather and hand-sewn. In a modern design. Due to its abrasion resistance and reduced rebound, the futsal ball can also be used as a street soccer ball.

Futsal Light balls are used in official games up to 12 years old (D youth).

Futsal - Rules & Information
In contrast to other variations of indoor soccer, Futsal is mainly distinguished by the absence of boards. The playing field is bounded by the lines of a handball court. It is played with 5 versus 5 players (4 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper) using handball goals. The Futsal ball is reduced in bounce and has a circumference of at least 62 cm to a maximum of 64 cm (soccer ball: 68 to 70 cm). The ball has relatively low pressure (0.6 to 0.9 bar overpressure compared to 0.6 to 1.1 bar overpressure in the standard size 5 soccer ball). Futsal has been played in official championships by the DFB (German Football Association), UEFA and FIFA for several years now. There is also a men's Futsal national team appointed by the DFB (German Football Association).
