Kübler Sport® Balance Board with Roller

Balance board for training balance and coordination. The fitness exercises can be performed standing, kneeling or sitting on the balance trainer. This balance board offers a variety of uses for stabilizing and strengthening training. Non-marking rubber rings are incorporated into the roll to prevent slipping, for example on the gym floor. Rubber buffers are also screwed into the bottom of the balance board, serving as floor-friendly stops.
The wobble board is not only a training device for athletes, but is also ideal for therapy for motor training and stabilization of deeper muscles. It is recommended to use a gymnastics mat as a base, especially at the beginning. This slows down the movements of the roll and prevents impact injuries.
