Inter-Play® Outdoor Shoulder Press
The shoulder press strengthens chest, arms, shoulders, and back. The resistance is provided by the user's own body weight.
It is designed for increasing strength and endurance of athletic users, but it is also easily manageable for most seniors.
The equipment is made of corrosion-protected and powder-coated steel. The grip ends are ergonomically rounded, welded, and profiled for user safety.
For installation, a steel anchor is embedded into a foundation on site, onto which the equipment is then bolted with M16 screws onto the flange.
