Inter-Play® Outdoor Rowing Machine

A piece of equipment for outdoor fitness studios from the range of aerobic devices. During the exercise, users simultaneously push off the foot platforms and pull towards themselves with their hands. The system consists of a seat, backrest, bar, and steps. The fitness element was designed to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance. It is suitable as a training device for athletic users of all ages. Regular training with the rowing machine strengthens the biceps as well as the muscles in the chest, back, and thighs. Additionally, the fitness equipment helps strengthen the cardiovascular system. It targets both upper and lower body muscles, increases overall body endurance, and enhances motor coordination.

The device is made of corrosion-protected and powder-coated steel, with aluminum foot platforms. The ends of the grips are ergonomically rounded, welded for user safety, and profiled. For installation, a steel anchor is embedded in a foundation on-site, onto which the device is then mounted using M16 screws onto the flange.
